Spicy, clove-like and wonderfully aromatic — tulsi Rama is one of the three main varieties of holy basil, prized in Ayurvedic tradition as one of India's most sacred and cherished herbs. It has a rich, spicy fragrance and a warming, complex flavour quite unlike regular basil.
