Inspired by the oil they serve in house with their wontons, our Original Chilli Oil is made with loads of fresh garlic and shallots, the finest Somerset-grown cold-pressed rapeseed oil, and a perfectly balanced selection of Chinese spices and seasonings.
This one is made for spooning over dumplings or eggs, stirring into soups or noodle bowls, or just scranning straight from the jar!
