A plant-based ragù that takes its cue from the classic Bolognese — slow-cooked depth from lentils (24%), tomato (24%), carrot, celery (8%), mushroom (7%) and onion in a richly seasoned tomato base. The combination of lentils and mushrooms creates a meaty texture and an umami depth that makes this one of the more convincing meat-free pasta sauces available ready-made.
Fiid cook their pouches at high pressure to develop flavour without needing long lists of additives or flavour enhancers. The result tastes like something that's been made rather than manufactured.
Vegan. Contains wheat (from pasta if served that way — sauce itself is wheat-free). No artificial additives.
