Raspberry and cherry is a natural pairing — both sharp, deeply coloured and intensely fruity — and Frutteto Italia use both in this spread, with 30 cherries per 100g forming the backbone and raspberry providing the distinctive sharp note. Sweetened with organic grape juice concentrate, no refined sugar added.
The result is a deeply fruity, slightly tart spread that works anywhere you'd use a conventional raspberry jam, but with a more complex flavour from the cherry contribution and a cleaner sweetness from the grape juice base.
