Fry's have been making plant-based protein products in South Africa since 1991 — well before vegan food became fashionable — and their sausage rolls bring that experience to one of Britain's most beloved pastry formats. Flaky puff pastry (50%) around a filling built on wheat and soya protein, seasoned to give the characteristic savoury character of a proper sausage roll.
Vegan throughout. The pastry is made with vegetable margarine rather than butter or lard. Contains wheat (gluten) and soya. No artificial flavours.

How to cook: Cook from frozen in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until golden. Also works in an air fryer at 180°C for 12–15 minutes for extra crispness.
