Fry's Traditional Sausages are one of the most long-established plant-based sausages available — made from soya and wheat protein (20%) with seasoning that gives them the herby, savoury character associated with pork sausages. The texture is firm and the flavour is properly savoury — not sweet, not bland, not trying too hard to imitate.
Vegan. Contains soya and wheat (gluten). No artificial flavours.
How to cook: Grill or pan-fry from frozen for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly. Also oven at 200°C for 18–20 minutes. Works in any application you'd use a conventional sausage — in a sandwich, with mash, in a cassoulet or in a toad-in-the-hole.
