Glebe Farm is a family-run farm in Cambridgeshire that grows, mills and produces their oat milk on site — meaning the distance from field to bottle is genuinely short, and the provenance is entirely traceable. Their Pure Oaty Organic Barista is made from 11% certified gluten free oats grown on the farm, with high oleic sunflower oil and sea salt.
The Barista format is designed for steaming and frothing — the high oleic sunflower oil helps the milk hold its emulsion under heat and produces a stable, fine-bubbled microfoam that works properly in lattes, flat whites and cappuccinos. It doesn't split or thin when steamed correctly.
Certified organic. Vegan. Certified gluten free (below 20ppm). Made in the UK from UK-grown oats.
Serving suggestion: Steam between 60–65°C for best foam. Also excellent poured cold over granola or used in overnight oats.
