Biodynamic, organic and Fairtrade — Hampstead's green tea carries the full stack of ethical certifications that put it at the very top of what's available in terms of sourcing responsibility. The biodynamic farming approach produces a tea with a clean, slightly grassy flavour and a gentle natural sweetness that reflects the quality of the soil and the care of the harvest.
Green tea provides naturally occurring L-theanine and caffeine — a combination that gives a gentle, sustained mental clarity quite different from coffee's sharper effect. Naturally rich in polyphenol antioxidants.

How to brew: Water at 70–80°C (not boiling — boiling water makes green tea bitter). Steep for 2–3 minutes. Best without milk or sugar.
