Standard paper baking cups are typically bleached white with chlorine — a process that leaves trace organochlorine residues in the paper and releases dioxins during production. If You Care use totally chlorine-free (TCF) unbleached greaseproof paper, leaving the baking cups their natural light brown colour and entirely free from bleach residues.
The greaseproof paper works identically to conventional baking cups — it releases cleanly from baked goods without sticking and holds its shape during baking. Compostable at end of life.

How to use: Place in a muffin tin for support during baking. Works with all standard muffin, cupcake and individual cake recipes. The natural colour is attractive as a presentation choice as well as a health one.
