Jax Coco is 100% coconut water and nothing else — no sugar, no flavourings, no preservatives, no concentrate. The water is taken from young green coconuts and packaged to preserve the natural flavour, giving you the light, slightly sweet, faintly nutty taste of fresh coconut water straight from the source.
Coconut water is one of nature's most naturally electrolyte-balanced drinks — it's particularly high in potassium (more than a banana per serving) and also contains magnesium, calcium and sodium in natural proportions. It's a genuinely useful hydration drink for exercise, heat, or simply as a clean alternative to juice or flavoured water.
