King Soba's organic brown rice paper — the versatile wrap for fresh spring rolls, summer rolls, and Vietnamese-style dishes. Soak in warm water for 15–20 seconds until just pliable, then fill and roll. May contain nuts and soya. Certified gluten free, organic, and vegan.
Brown rice paper has a slightly nuttier flavour and more textured bite than the white version — it holds beautifully without tearing and works just as well with cold fresh fillings as it does with warm cooked ingredients. Vegetables, herbs, tofu, prawns, noodles — the filling is up to you.
