Our King Soba Organic Buckwheat Ramen is made with 100% organic buckwheat. Highly nutritious, this ramen is a great source of slow release carbohydrate and easily digestible proteins. An excellent alternative to wheat products while being a thoroughly satisfying meal with miso, vegetables, tofu or meat.
King Soba Organic Brown Rice Ramen is kosher, ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or gluten and wheat sensitive. Use them when you want an organic and wheat & gluten-free quick and healthy food alternative.

To prepare: Bring water to a rolling boil and slowly submerge noodles then reduce to medium heat. Gently separate noodles with a fork. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Do not overcook! Drain in a colander and rinse well with cold water. Add to your ingredients or sauce.
