Lamberts Flax Seed Oil is a vegan alternative to fish oils, providing 1000mg of cold-pressed flax seed oil per capsule. At 50% alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) by weight, it contains almost twice as much omega-3 per gram as standard-strength fish oils. The body converts ALA into EPA and DHA according to its needs. Cold-pressed to preserve nutritive qualities, with vitamin E added as an antioxidant to protect the ALA from oxidation. No fishy taste or odour.
Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten free.
How to use: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily. Store in a cool dry place away from light.
