Lamberts Multi Guard Advance is one of the most comprehensive one-a-day multivitamins available in the UK for the over 50s. Key micronutrients are included at clinically relevant levels — including selenium (110µg) and chromium (200µg), frequently under-represented in standard multivitamins — and vitamin D3 at 10µg in line with current recommendations for those with limited sun exposure.

Also includes 2mg lutein with riboflavin and zinc for normal vision support; folic acid and B12 for normal homocysteine metabolism; and a high-strength turmeric extract equivalent to a teaspoon of culinary turmeric per tablet. Rosemary and grape seed extracts provide further antioxidant support.
