Lamberts Soya Lecithin provides 1200mg of pure, GMO-free soya lecithin per soft capsule. Lecithin is one of the richest natural sources of choline and inositol, two nutrients closely related to the B vitamins. As phosphatidylcholine, it is broken down in the body to release choline, which contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and normal lipid (fat) metabolism. Lecithin is difficult to obtain in meaningful amounts from diet alone.
Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans (bovine gelatin capsule shell). Contains soya. Gluten free. No cautions at recommended dosage.
How to use: Take 1 to 4 capsules daily. Store in a cool dry place away from light.
