Chestnut crispbreads have a naturally sweet, nutty character quite unlike other gluten-free options — and Le Pain des Fleurs' chestnut variety uses 30% organic chestnut flour in an organic rice flour base, giving a delicate sweetness and a faintly rich, slightly woody flavour that makes these crispbreads genuinely distinctive.
No oil, no leavening, no additives — the same pure, simple approach as all Le Pain des Fleurs products. Certified organic throughout. The chestnut flour gives a slightly softer crunch than the buckwheat variety — still crisp, but with more give.
