Marigold Liquid Aminos — a natural flavour enhancer made from hydrolysed vegetable protein and water. Certified gluten free. Vegan. Free from MSG. A deep, umami-rich alternative to soy sauce, tamari, and Worcestershire sauce. Contains soya. May contain egg, milk, celery, and mustard.
Two simple ingredients produce a condiment with remarkable depth — the hydrolysis process breaks down the soya protein into its constituent amino acids, creating a liquid that is intensely savoury without the saltiness of soy sauce (4.4g salt per 100g vs soy sauce's 14–18g). Use it to season stir-fries, soups, dressings, marinades, and dips, or add a few drops to gravies and casseroles as a finishing seasoning. Gluten free and vegan, making it suitable for kitchens where conventional soy sauce is off the menu.
