Meridian's Organic Fairtrade Blackstrap Molasses in a 600g jar — the dark, mineral-rich syrup from the final press of sugar cane, certified both organic and Fairtrade. A natural source of iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. May contain peanuts, nuts, and sesame.
Blackstrap molasses is the most concentrated and nutritionally dense stage of cane sugar refining — deeply dark in colour, bold and bittersweet in flavour, and packed with the minerals that are refined away in white sugar. The Fairtrade certification means fair prices and fair conditions for the sugar cane farmers behind this jar. Stir into warm drinks, smoothies, marinades, and bakes for natural sweetness and a serious mineral boost.
