Nairn's super seed oatcake raises the nutritional stakes — 73% organic wholegrain oats as the base, with 8% organic brown flaxseed and 6% organic sunflower seeds baked in. The flaxseed provides omega-3 ALA and fibre; the sunflower seeds add magnesium, zinc and a pleasant nutty crunch; the organic oat base contributes beta-glucan fibre and plant protein.
Certified organic throughout. Vegan. No artificial additives. The seed content gives these a noticeably more complex flavour and a slightly denser texture than plain oatcakes — more substantial as a snack in themselves.
