Natural Cool Organic Country Potato Wedges 450g

96.5% biodynamic potato — that's what Natural Cool's country wedges are, with the remainder being a small amount of organic sunflower oil. No coatings, no seasoning blends, no additives. Just properly grown potatoes, cut into rustic wedges and frozen for convenient oven cooking.

The biodynamic certification (Demeter) means the potatoes are grown on farms that treat the entire agricultural ecosystem as a living system — soil health, biodiversity and natural farming cycles all form part of the certification requirements. The result is a potato with genuine flavour and none of the chemical residues that conventional potato growing often involves (potatoes are among the most heavily treated conventional crops).

How to cook: Spread on a baking tray and cook from frozen at 220°C for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway. Season with salt and herbs as you like — the clean potato base takes seasoning well.
