Nush's natural ch'ese in its plainest form — 95% almond milk fermented with live cultures to create a lightly tangy, creamy soft cheese alternative. The almost entirely almond milk base (95%) gives this an exceptionally clean, delicate flavour that's more subtle than cream cheese and more neutral than coconut-based alternatives.
The live cultures create the gentle fermented tang that makes this feel like cheese rather than just a plant-based paste. Potato starch and carob gum provide structure. No artificial flavours, no coconut oil, no palm oil.
