Description
Organic Kitchen Coconut Oil is a raw extra virgin coconut oil never heated above 45C in the drying process then carefully cold pressed to remain the fatty acid and nutrient profile that nature intended. They reduced their carbon footprint by producing and packaging the coconut oil right on the organic plantation in Sri Lanka. Organic Kitchen have travelled the coconut growing countries of the world to find this product which meets their ethos: premium quality, environmentally friendly, socially responsible and without the use of animal labour. They have audited the producer to ensure workers are paid a living wage for Sri Lanka and have personally been to the plantations to audit their records and ensure monkeys are not exploited for labour in the harvest of coconuts.
