Orgran are an Australian brand that have been making gluten-free pasta and baking alternatives for over 30 years. Their Garden Veggie Spirals use 75% corn flour as the pasta base with vegetable powders — 2.5% spinach (giving green spirals) and 2.5% beetroot (giving red/pink spirals) — for a colourful, visually appealing pasta that's genuinely gluten free.
The corn flour base cooks to an al dente texture if treated with the same care as wheat pasta — don't overcook. The vegetable powders add natural colour and a very mild vegetable note but the pasta flavour is primarily corn-based and neutral enough for any sauce.
Vegan. Gluten free. No artificial colours.
How to cook: Boil in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just tender. Drain and toss with sauce immediately — corn pasta can become sticky if left to sit.
