Origin Kitchen make raw, plant-based desserts using genuinely whole ingredients — no dairy, no refined sugar beyond agave syrup, no seed oils, and no artificial anything. Their chocolate cheesecake is built on a cashew and organic cacao butter filling set over a wholegrain buckwheat and desiccated coconut base, with organic cacao powder giving the chocolate character.
The cashew filling is set by the natural fat content of the cashews and cacao butter rather than by gelatine or agar — the result is a dense, rich, creamy texture with genuine chocolate depth. Organic agave syrup provides the sweetness; dates contribute natural caramel notes to the base.
Vegan. Seed oil free. No artificial additives. Contains cashews.
How to serve: Keep refrigerated. Remove from fridge 10–15 minutes before serving for the best texture. Serve in slices with a dusting of cacao powder or fresh berries.
