Description
Destemmed grapes are fermented in stainless steel and cement tanks, and 25% of the wine is aged for 5 months in American and French oak barrels, before blending. Bright crimson in colour, the nose is framboise, violet, sweet spices and vanilla, the palate is generous, jammy and supple with flavours of cherry, raspberry and spice. All in a unique bottle too!
