Profusion make their organic protein bread with an unusually high protein contribution — 13% wheat protein (wheat gluten) alongside 20% whole grain rye flour and 10% flax seeds, creating a dense, satisfying loaf that provides significantly more protein per slice than conventional bread.
The rye base gives a characteristic slightly sour, earthy flavour; the wheat protein and soya meal add functional protein; the flax seeds contribute omega-3 ALA and fibre. Cider vinegar is added for flavour development and natural preservation. Certified organic throughout.

Serving suggestion: Best toasted — the dense rye-and-seed texture comes alive with heat. Excellent with nut butter, avocado, smoked salmon, hummus or strong cheese.
