Raw Halo's 85% dark bar is the purest expression of their approach — no additional flavours, no additions, just organic cacao and organic coconut sugar in a 85% dark proportion that makes this one of the most intensely flavoured bars in their range.
At 85% cacao, the sweetness is minimal and the cacao character is bold — complex, slightly bitter, earthy and deeply aromatic. The coconut sugar provides just enough sweetness to make it approachable while letting the cacao quality carry the experience. Processed below 42°C to preserve raw cacao flavour compounds.
