Rhythm 108's lemon biscuit sharing bag uses gluten-free oat flour (33%) with organic almonds, chia seeds (5%) and actual lemon zest (1.3%) for a genuinely citrusy biscuit with a bright, fresh character. The chia seeds add a satisfying textural crunch; the almond gives body and nuttiness; the lemon zest is genuine peel rather than flavouring.
Coconut oil (24%) and coconut flower sugar provide the fat and sweetness. No seed oils throughout. Certified organic.
