10.3% organic whole lemons — pressed and used whole so the aromatic compounds from the lemon peel complement the juice's acidity. Rocks' lemon squash has a genuine fresh lemon character that hits immediately on dilution: properly tart, slightly pithy and genuinely lemon-scented rather than the flat synthetic yellow of conventional lemon cordials.
Made with Rocks Spring Water and cane sugar. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

How to use: Dilute 1 part to 5–6 parts water. Excellent with sparkling water and ice as a proper lemonade, or diluted into warm water as a soothing lemon drink.
