Sojade are a French organic food cooperative who have been making organic soya products since the 1980s. Their So Soya Cuisine is an organic soya-based cooking cream — 86% organic soya drink with organic soya oil, thickened with xanthan and guar gum for a consistent, pourable consistency that doesn't split when heated.
The non-splitting behaviour in cooking is the key functional requirement of a cooking cream — Sojade's formula holds its consistency across a wide range of cooking temperatures, making it reliable in pasta sauces, soups, curries and any dish where a creamy finish is needed without dairy.

How to use: As a direct substitute for single cream or crème fraîche in cooking. Stir in at the end of cooking rather than boiling vigorously to maintain the best consistency.
