Sojade's organic soya custard uses a bourbon vanilla flavouring in a base of 81% organic soya drink thickened with rice starch and sweetened with raw cane sugar — producing a smooth, pourable custard-style dessert that works wherever conventional custard is called for.
The rice starch thickening gives a clean, neutral texture without the starchy aftertaste that potato or corn starch can sometimes produce. Organic and vegan throughout, with Sojade's reliable French organic soya base.
