St. Dalfour produce their fruit spreads in the Périgord region of France using a simple principle: 50% real fruit sweetened only with unsweetened grape juice concentrate rather than refined sugar. The apricot spread delivers this with characteristic warmth — a genuinely generous apricot content with the natural tartness and floral stone-fruit character that makes apricot one of the most satisfying jam flavours.
No refined sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial preservatives. The grape juice concentrate provides sweetness through fructose and glucose from fruit — a more natural sweetener than refined white sugar. Pectin (from fruit) provides the set.
