Description
Stoates Strong White Flour is the closest to white flour as you can get using stones as the method of grinding. It gives a slightly creamier look to the loaf rather than perfect white you might of come accustomed to from using roller milled flours.
To create their Strong White Flour, Stoates take their 81% brown flour and sieve further to remove more bran particles producing a stoneground white flour with a creamy colour and exceptional flavour.
No added ingredients or fortification.
