The pistachio halva is Sunita's most visually striking — the vivid green of the pistachios (10%) against the cream-coloured sesame-honey base makes this instantly recognisable and appealing. The pistachios add their characteristic slightly sweet, subtly earthy nuttiness to the sesame base and a satisfying crunch that contrasts with the crumbly halva texture.
