Tick Tock are a South African rooibos tea brand whose products all use rooibos (red bush) as the base — South Africa's naturally caffeine-free, antioxidant-rich tea plant. Their Chai Relax blend layers warm spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove) over a rooibos base with natural vanilla, chicory root for prebiotic support and cassava root for body.
The rooibos base gives this a gentler, slightly honeyed character compared to conventional chai made with black tea. The warmth of the spice blend is genuine rather than token; the vanilla adds a soothing, slightly sweet character without any added sugar.
Vegan. Caffeine free. No added sugar.
How to brew: One bag in freshly boiled water, steep for 5 minutes. Excellent with warmed oat or almond milk for a caffeine-free chai latte.
