Trafo are a Dutch organic food company who have been making certified organic crisps since 1986 — one of the longest-established organic crisp brands in Europe. Their hand-cooked sea salt chips use certified organic potatoes, organic sunflower oil and sea salt with rosemary extract as a natural antioxidant and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) as a natural colour protector.
Hand-cooked (kettle-style) produces a thicker, crunchier crisp with a more irregular shape and a deeper, more pronounced potato flavour than standard continuous-belt-fried crisps. The organic potato base means no synthetic pesticide residues.
