Their sun-dried mango is made from a single ingredient — organic mango, slow-dried in the African sun without sulphites, sugar or preservatives — to produce intensely sweet, intensely flavoured mango pieces that concentrate all the tropical richness of fresh mango into a portable, shelf-stable form.

The Fairtrade certification ensures a fair price is paid directly to the farmers who grow the mangoes — predominantly in the Lake Victoria region of Uganda, where the tropical climate produces exceptional mangoes with high natural sugar content.
