Violife are a Greek vegan food company who have built the UK's most widely distributed range of vegan cheese alternatives. Their Prosociano wedge is designed for grating and shaving — a hard, Parmesan-style format made from water, modified starch, 17% coconut oil, sea salt and rice protein with savoury flavourings that give a salty, slightly sharp character mimicking aged hard cheese.
The firm texture enables grating directly onto pasta, risotto and salads, and shaving into thin shards for carpaccio-style presentations. Vegan and free from dairy, lactose and casein.

How to use: Grate over pasta, risotto, soup and salads. Shave with a vegetable peeler for elegant thin shards. Keep refrigerated and use within 5 days of opening.
