Viridian's High B5 B-Complex provides all eight B vitamins alongside elevated Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) and Vitamin C — a combination specifically designed to support the adrenal glands and the stress response. Vitamin B5 is essential for the production of adrenal hormones and is the B vitamin most associated with energy release and stress adaptation. Vitamin C is similarly crucial for adrenal function, and the two nutrients work synergistically.
An excellent formula for those experiencing adrenal fatigue, elevated stress, poor energy recovery, or anyone who has been through prolonged periods of illness or intense physical demand.
