Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) is the most clinically researched probiotic strain in the world — the subject of hundreds of clinical studies with impressive results in antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, traveller's diarrhoea and eczema in infants. LGG adheres strongly to the gut wall, survives stomach acid exceptionally well, produces compounds that inhibit pathogenic bacteria, and modulates gut immune responses. How to Use
Adults: 1–2 capsules daily, taken with food or a cold drink. During antibiotic treatment, take at least 2 hours apart from antibiotics. For travel, begin 1–2 weeks before departure.
