Wainwright's source their organic honey from wild bee colonies in the miombo woodland forests of Zambia — one of Africa's most biodiverse ecosystems and a region where traditional beekeeping has been practised for generations. The clear honey has a mild, clean sweetness with a floral complexity that reflects the diverse wildflower and tree blossom sources of the Zambian woodland.
Certified organic (the organic certification here relates to the pristine, pesticide-free foraging environment of the bees rather than a managed organic operation). Single-origin — this is genuinely traceable honey from a specific and distinctive source, with character that reflects the Zambian landscape.

How to use: On toast and crumpets, in tea, as a glaze, in cooking and dressings, or by the spoonful as nature's oldest sweetener.
