Yeo Valley's frozen kefir takes the probiotic-richness of their organic kefir and turns it into an ice cream-style frozen dessert — 41% organic British milk fermented with live kefir cultures, combined with organic whole milk, strawberries and organic sugar. The result is a tangy, slightly less sweet frozen dessert with the live culture benefit of kefir in an ice cream format.

Serving suggestion: Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Serve with fresh strawberries, a drizzle of balsamic or on its own as a lighter, tangier alternative to conventional ice cream.
