Their tomato, mushroom and smoked garlic pasta sauce leads with 58% tomatoes (whole and purée) combined with 8% mushrooms and smoked garlic — the smoking of the garlic giving a distinct, rounded depth that makes this noticeably different from standard tomato sauces.
